In the Shadows
In darkness clad, wild whispers rise anew, United voices hushed by heavy stone. Against the tide, can weary hearts break through When every step is met with scornful groan? To plain the ground supremacy has claimed, With fervent Spirit, shall they strive and fight? Chains of hatred choked out their names, Each victory tasted turned to bitter blight. Dreams deferred turned swiftly into dust, The hopes that Hope ignited died in pain; A world designed on deep mistrust, Yet still they push against that crushing weight, To end injustice, bravely tempting fate.
